Gala 2014 will be held in Seattle, WA the week of July 13-20. We're going to start out with 3 days in Mt. Baker visiting with cousins David, Eric, Penelope, Eli and Julian Baldwin. We're staying at Mt. Baker Cabins and checking out the Mt. Baker area. To get to the cabins it will be approximately a 3 hour drive from SeaTac airport. Mt. Baker is 10,781 feet. However, we'll be staying a bit lower in elevation at the cabins maybe around 5,000 ft. Bring your sunscreen!!!

On Wednesday, July 16 we'll leave the Mt. Baker area and drive down to Seattle to the Green Lake area where we have rented several homes for all of us to stay. Please check out the spreadsheet with home assignments. In the Green Lake area is Green Lake park which looks fabulous and a zoo is close by. Bike rentals are available also. Sounds like a great place to play the annual Rounders game!

On Thursday, July 17 is an all important Fug meeting to discuss the next chapter in the all evolving Guptill Family Foundation Trust. It's very important that all the Fugs are in attendance.

On Friday, July 18 there will be a casual dinner celebration bringing together families and friends of Christine and Dan.

On Saturday, July 19 will be Christine and Dan's wedding reception held at the emfinearts.com building in downtown Seattle from 6 pm to 11 pm. Appetizers will be served with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. Music and a toast to the happy couple around 9 pm.

On Sunday, July 20 everyone winds their way back to the airport for their trip home. :( The end of the 2014 GALA!!!
