GALette 2017 to Vermont and New England
Purpose: To connect with Megan at Landmark and to see more of New England
Participants to date: Meg, DD, Bonnie, Janet, Bryan, and maybe Nan
Dates: Generally May 13-21, 2017
Fly into Hartford, Boston, or Manchester, NH. Rent a car to seat 5.
See Landmark College in Putney, VT (1.5-2 hours drive from any of the 3 airports)
Drive to Burlington, Janet’s friend in ___, Boston, and hope to connect with Nan in NYC when her end of semester duties are finished. Perhaps see a show (Meg would like to see the Lion King for costumes and music.) Lodging will be in hotels in cities/towns we want to see. We have more investigating to do to determine exact itinerary.
Costs are not firm, but we will try to use frequent flier miles, hotel points, car rental deals, etc. A cap of $4,000 is hopefully realistic.
